As promised some months ago, here is some further information about Einstein’s theory of relativity. This is not on the Common Entrance syllabus but if you have ever wondered what E=mc2 actually means, then watch the following. It would probably be a good idea to read this post first. Don’t expect to understand it all first time. Some background reading will help you through. Wikipedia is a great place to start but also look here and here. The second of those is written only using words of four letters or fewer (Izzy is Isaac Newton by the way…) It must really make you think about what you’re writing; perhaps you should try it out for a prep next term?
