If you have not yet seen the BBC’s Decade of Discovery then you should see it on iPlayer before it expires. If you miss it you can read about it and watch clips here. It is a wonderful show because it helps to explain how science works and shows observable evidence for evolution. It is top stuff!
In fact the BBC is a massive resource of the most wonderful science information. You should try and catch ‘The Foods That Make Billions’ before they also expire on iPlayer. It may be a good idea to actually watch some programmes as they are broadcast. I rely upon iPlayer because I don’t have a TV. I am assuming that most of you are less antedeluvian.
Finally, this excellent blog explores the science of climate change in the form of cartoons. It may be that this artistic medium makes it work for you. I know that you like cartoons because Hugh keeps promoting his by posting random comments on this blog.
That’s it for now, except to wish you all a very happy, peaceful and relaxing Christmas.
